Both bolt & cut yardage prices will be offered for customer’s convenience. Please contact customer service for applicable prices. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization # from Pointe International. Only the full bolts in original package can be authorized for returns. No cut yardage shipment can be returned. There will be a 25% restocking charge plus freight for all authorized returns. Materials that has been cut CANNOT be returned. No returns can be authorized after 30 days from shipment.

Change Orders & Cancellation
Orders in production or already cut, but not shipped are subject to 25% restocking charge. Any backorder not cancelled within 10 working days after the purchase order is received is subject to 25% cancellation charge. No custom or special runs can be returned or cancelled.

Claims
Examine all shipments for correct color, pattern, yardage and any irregularities before cutting. No claims or returns are allowed once material has been cut.
CLAIMS FOR LABOR CHARGES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Limited Warranty
1) Pointe International guarantees that our products will perform whthin the accepted industry standards, when properly installed, and used under normal conditions during SINGLE SHIFT OPERATION with the proper maintenance using appropriate cleaning agents and methods;
- for a period of one year from the date of purchase for all upholstry products
- for a period of three years from the date of purchase for general wall covering products.

2) Pointe International's warranty will be limited to the refund of the purchase price or replacement of the product with a mutually agreed upon replacements, and DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR COSTS UNDER ANY CIRCUSTANCES.

3) The warranty does not cover;
- installation contrary to our guidelines or proper installation practices
- damage caused by mold or mildew
- improper use or maintenance
- improper storage or handling
- use of incompatible or unspecified adhesives, materials, tools or equipments
- inadequacies or defects in building design or constructions

4) Pointe International specifically advises all parties that mold will grow, if moisture/water is allowed to be accumulated. Pointe International is not responsible or liable for any claim/damage related to this situation

5) Any post treatment of the products applied after the purchase will void any warranty

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCTS ONLY, AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-ASSIGNABLE.
